WHO WE ARE:
We are a Non-Profit Housing Developer that has been in Logan for 20 years that focuses on affordable and high-quality housing. This has put us in a unique position where we have been able to grow with the increase of market demand, but have also weathered shaky markets. Our funding comes through a variety of grants, development fees, and asset revenues (rents). We have a great team that enjoys working together towards a common purpose.
WHAT WE DO:
We are committed to building housing that is affordable and attainable. Our primary focus is to help families transition to homeownership, but we also provide housing and services for those in need of affordable rental options.
WHO WE WANT FOR OUR TEAM:
Aside from the typical, we are looking for people that have a passion for helping others. As a mission driven organization our primary concern is the work we do and the people we serve. We want people driven by that first and foremost. We are also looking for people that are able to think and act for themselves, willing to seek out ways to improve themselves and the organization, and willing to pitch in and help anywhere needed.
Our job descriptions are broken up into Team Skills, Leadership, Management and Technical skills. They are listed in order of importance for the people we want. You have to first and foremost be a part of the team, have leadership skills (even in entry level positions we want people to have initiative and the willingness to share ideas), then be able to manage your work and projects, and finally the technical skills to do the work. We understand that people need training to be effective and that technical and management skills can be learned, but we want the right attitude to show up in the first place.
