Job Description

The resident director is a key person in the overall operation and success of a growing community within a residence hall. The resident director is responsible for creating and maintaining an educational environment in the residence hall.

Minimum Qualifications

• Working knowledge of hall management, business practices, and the importance of personal contacts with students, faculty, and staff
• Familiar with college life and the needs and interests of students
• Enjoy living and working with college students 
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in Student Personnel Administration or related field
• One year of  experience in residence hall management

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
