    The Human Resources Director, as a key member of the Executive Team, will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all functions within the Human Resources department, with a focus on strategic HR management. The responsibility of this role includes organizing, planning, and aligning HR strategies to enhance workforce efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The HR Director will cultivate an atmosphere that promotes productivity, diversity, inclusivity, and mutual respect in the workplace.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Seven years of supervision, management, or progressively related experience
