University Park Dermatology & Medical Spa is an established yet growing dermatology practice with a state-of-the-art Medical Spa, located in sunny Sarasota, Florida offering Coolsculpting, Laser Hair Removal, Dermatology, Microneedling, and cosmetic injectables. We are looking for an experienced manager/director for our medical spa. The right individual should be creative, charming, intelligent, well-spoken, organized and personable and have the management and marketing experience to continue to grow our med spa.

This position will be responsible for day to day management of the spa, its employees and operations as well as promoting our services via social media, online newsletters, business to business and developing our client base. Candidates must possess superior communication and patient care skills, organizational ability, be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, dependable, and focused.

The ideal candidate would have all the above-mentioned skills but would also have some entrepreneurial spirit to help us grow and develop our practice and a team environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years of spa leadership experience in an established medical spa
• Extensive knowledge of luxury spa services and products including skin care lines, patient consults and all of the above-mentioned devices and procedures.
• Excellent experience with online and in-person marketing initiatives, events and social media savvy
• Ability to effectively drive revenue initiatives to achieve sales goals
• Extensive knowledge of spa standards
• Financial management skills including ability to understand P&L statements and develop plans to meet profit goals
• Knowledge of spa sanitation and state licensing requirements
• Understanding of spa equipment and routine maintenance needs
• Ability to effectively manage aesthetician staffing, utilization and business building practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
