Associate Medical Director supports the implementation of medical policies for the entire organization. Ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Being an Associate Medical Director researches and evaluates new treatments and medical innovations. Works collaboratively throughout the organization to ensure the adoption of standards and policies for all functional aspects of clinical services that result in patient care improvements. Additionally, Associate Medical Director requires a MD degree. Typically reports to Medical Director. The Associate Medical Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Associate Medical Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Responsibilities:

    1. Following Up with Past Clients:

    - Reach out to past clients in the real estate industry to maintain relationships and gather feedback.

    - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from past clients promptly and professionally.

    2. Creating Marketing Materials:

    - Design and create engaging marketing materials such as property flyers, brochures, and digital advertisements to promote real estate listings.

    - Collaborate with me to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns tailored to each property.

    - Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the unique selling points of each property.

    - Knowledge of Real Estate guidelines concerning advertising.

    3. Creating Mailers:

    - Develop and execute targeted mailer campaigns to reach prospective clients and promote real estate services and listings.

    - Coordinate the production and distribution of mailers, including managing mailing lists and tracking campaign performance.

    - Analyze the effectiveness of mailer campaigns and make recommendations for improvement based on results.

    4. Assisting with Social Media Management:

    - Support me in managing social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

    - Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to increase brand visibility and engagement for real estate listings.

    5. Administrative Tasks:

    - Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing activities in the real estate industry, such as data entry, organizing files, and maintaining systems.

    - Maintain accurate records of marketing materials, campaigns, and client interactions related to real estate transactions.

    Requirements:

    - Previous experience in marketing, with a focus on creating marketing materials in the real estate industry.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of real estate terminology and practices.

    - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.

    - Proficiency in graphic design software is preferred but not required.

    - Familiarity with real estate-specific customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a Realtor.

    - Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours as needed in the real estate industry.
