Associate Pastor assists the pastor in religious services and managing daily operations of an organization. Leads and implements outreach and educational programs and events that will maintain and grow membership. Being an Associate Pastor provides clerical support such as researching, selecting, and documenting passages or prayers to assist the pastor in planning and leading worship. Assists with administrative duties including managing calendars and schedules, preparing materials or educational documents, and communicating with volunteers. Additionally, Associate Pastor performs religious services and leads prayer. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a pastor. The Associate Pastor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. - Knowledge of pastoral care practicesThis position offers a fulfilling opportunity to serve our church community, grow spiritually, and make a positive impact on the lives of others. We can currently offer housing and utilities, but not a full-time salary.

Pay: From $350.00 per month
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
