Being an Associate Pastor provides clerical support such as researching, selecting, and documenting passages or prayers to assist the pastor in planning and leading worship. Assists with administrative duties including managing calendars and schedules, preparing materials or educational documents, and communicating with volunteers. Additionally, Associate Pastor performs religious services and leads prayer. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a pastor. The Associate Pastor occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. - Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
