Apogee Solutions, a Woman-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Web Developer to support the Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff’s (CJCS) in Suffolk, VA. Qualified candidates must be a U.S. Citizen with a SECRET clearance.

The Web Developer will be responsible for providing an online capability to automate data-handling (upload, storage, extraction) to support Joint Staff J7 program reviews submitted by the Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) program. The CJCS is responsible for providing education and doctrine to the Joint Force and support readiness reporting and training.

The Web Developer will:

• Use commercial off-the-shelf tools, relational database, and web-portal access to support JPME.
• Provide technical support to correct problems with portal access and minimize delays in data-handling.
• Represent the Joint Staff J7 at working groups and conferences.

Required Experience:

• US Citizen with an active DOD SECRET clearance
• Associate degree OR CNSSI 4011 Information System Security (INFOSEC) Professional
• Less than 3 years’ experience in cybersecurity
• Information Assurance Baseline Certifications
  • IAT Level 1: A , Network , SSCP, or CCNA-Security
  • IAM Level 1: CAP, GSLC, or Security CE
  • CD: CEH, GCIA, CSIH, or GCIH
  • Operating System / Computing Environment Certificate of Training
