Associate Producer - Web implements assigned areas of a web or e-commerce projects. Coordinates schedules with internal and external content and development teams. Being a Associate Producer - Web oversees the financial expenditures on certain aspects of the project when working with vendors during design. Consults with business users and content providers regarding technical design issues, requests for modifications, and problem resolution. Additionally, Associate Producer - Web may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Associate Producer - Web supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Associate Producer - Web typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. We’re looking for an Associate Producer for WBFO!
What you’ll be doing:
The Associate Producer provides administrative, technical and operational support to the Producer and WBFO staff for broadcasts and programs. This individual will perform tasks included in pre-production, production and post-production in alignment with the station’s expectations, programming schedule, goals and protocols. Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position and starting pay will be based on education, experience and interview. Starting range: $19.33 to $24.16/hr.
