Associate Producer - Web implements assigned areas of a web or e-commerce projects. Coordinates schedules with internal and external content and development teams. Being a Associate Producer - Web oversees the financial expenditures on certain aspects of the project when working with vendors during design. Consults with business users and content providers regarding technical design issues, requests for modifications, and problem resolution. Additionally, Associate Producer - Web may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Associate Producer - Web supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Associate Producer - Web typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. This position helps create and/or validate master schedules for worldwide, multi-platform releases and will be responsible for tracking asset delivery deadlines and working with the appropriate teams to ensure content is released on schedule and to the expected level of quality. Associate Producers are expected to stay current with industry trends, competitive products, and work with internal and external teams to help facilitate user research. The Associate Producer will be responsible for reviewing ratings packets for North American and LATAM ratings. This position will also help to evaluate new processes and develop frameworks for improved department coordination and communication. Associate Producers will collaborate with all essential parties (QA, Marketing, Localization, Release Management, etc.)
