Associate Producer - Web implements assigned areas of a web or e-commerce projects. Coordinates schedules with internal and external content and development teams. Being a Associate Producer - Web oversees the financial expenditures on certain aspects of the project when working with vendors during design. Consults with business users and content providers regarding technical design issues, requests for modifications, and problem resolution. Additionally, Associate Producer - Web may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Associate Producer - Web supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Associate Producer - Web typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Position Summary:
The Producer works closely with the Sr Director Creative. The Producer will develop and produce highly visible marketing presentations, act as a producer as needed on photo and video content shoots. They will interface in a professional manner with internal team members and external vendors and must possess the ability to communicate design process and elements in a clear, concise, and objective manner. They should be a self-starter, able to manage multiple concurrent projects, manage their own deadlines.
The Producer must be a highly organized, a detail-oriented thinker, and excellent communicator, understand the creative process, and be an excellent project manager able to track and drive the completion of numerous small and large-scale projects simultaneously.
