Salary: 

$16.50/hourly

Summary

To convert finish product according to customer specifications as directed by the department supervisor as established departmental work practices.

Essential Functions

• Read and interpret drawings and record measurements using a tape measure
• Push product through designated machine
• Catch and stack product onto pallet
• Glue product as indicated by order requirements
• Must be able to organize and neatly product onto pallet
• Operate a pallet jack as needed to move product
• Remove product that does not meet quality standard
• Adhere to the Safety and Quality policies at all times
• Follow established job order specifications as applicable
• Complete assigned manufacturing tasks using specified machinery and equipment in allotted time
• Follow and understand job safety analysis and safety work procedures
• Report safety and quality issues, along with any maintenance needs to supervisor
• Perform housekeeping tasks (sweep, empty trash, process scrap, etc.) as required
• Cross train and assist in other areas to support business goals and objectives

Position Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience: Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience
