TCS@ODU has a particular mission to urban students in Central Ohio preparing them for early college opportunities towards lifelong learning and informed citizenship. Compensation:

TCS @ ODU is looking for a highly qualified, independent, self-starting Registrar.

• Candidate must be multi-faceted and flexible, having skills to work on multiple tasks at once and transition continuously from one project to the next.
• Strong technology skills are required. Candidate will learn to navigate student information system for EMIS reporting, record-keeping, discipline logs and basic student demographic information (Powerschool knowledge is a plus), as well as META & ODDEX. Experience in these systems is preferred but not required. Knowledge of GoogleDocs and Microsoft Office are a must. Basic IT troubleshooting is helpful. Training in these areas will be available.
• Candidate will represent school at school choice fairs/events and host student and family recruitment events.
• Candidate will maintain exceptional organization and privacy while maintaining all student records for the school and overseeing registration and orientation procedures.
• Candidate will schedule and conduct interviews with students and their families.
• Candidate will help facilitate student assessments.
• Candidate must be able to communicate and work with colleagues, students and families on a day-to-day basis.
• Candidate will be proactive vs. reactive but be able to handle situations as they arrive professionally and effectively.
• Candidate will substitute at front desks as needed.
• Exceptional attendance is a must.
• 1 year EMIS experience preferred but not required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pass BCI and FBI background check
