    Title: Associate Registrar Date: 02/23/2024

    Department/Area: Registrar’s Office

    Reports To: Registrar

    Employee Classification: Part-time Hourly, Non-exempt

    Primary Function/Purpose:


    This position exists to support the functions of the Registrar by providing expertise in the management of
    institutional enrolment goals and for the attainment of recruitment and retention objectives in alignment
    with the mission of CSU.

    Essential Responsibilities:


    • Serve as the primary Registrar’s Office Online liaison, as directed by the Registrar. Giving leadership

    and administrative support to all registrar-related functions needed to serve the online department
    and students.

    • Care for transfer credit evaluations for initial Preliminary Unofficial Degree Audits.
    • Preparation of reports for both institutional use and external agencies.
    • Serve as academic eligibility coordinator for student-athletes.
    • Participate in the preparation of class and exam schedules for each academic term/module.
    • Acts as the Academic Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Student Information System
    • Serve as a liaison between IT and Maintenance and the faculty in caring for classroom needs.
    • Prepare and publish official Undergraduate and Graduate Schedules and Undergraduate Finals

    • Complete other projects as directed by the Registrar.
