Yukon Accounting & Consulting is seeking a full time administrative assistant/bookkeeper. We are a well-established, Fairbanks-based CPA firm that specializes in serving small businesses as well as Alaskan Tribal Governments. We have been in business for more than ten years. Due to our excellent reputation and location, we have experienced strong and steady growth.

Duties include, general bookkeeping, greeting clients, answering telephones, scanning, filing, tax return assembly and project based work.

The position requires excellent organizational skills, computer skills including Excel, Word, understand file structure, and the ability to take direction.

Qualified applicant must be able to multi-task, prioritize, pay high attention to detail, have an excellent work ethic, and the ability to type 50 wpm. Critical thinking skills are required.

• To be considered for the position the Critical thinkings skills assessment must be completed.

Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced demanding atmosphere, willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and be extremely reliable. This position may require you to make a few daily office runs to the bank, post office and occasionally the airport
