Primary Purpose and Essential Functions | The Director of Faculty Development will work with the Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to promote the success of Benerd College' students by working within and across Benerd College's various academic clusters to support the onboarding, training, and development of Benerd's degree-program faculty. Benerd College recognizes the central importance of students' classroom experiences. We seek a colleague equally committed to supporting positive classroom experiences for all-students through the intentional development of the faculty who support them. The Director will provide point-of-contact support for faculty (full- and part-time) and program-leads regarding pedagogical, instructional technology, and faculty-oriented policy. This is an 11 month non-tenure track position. Essential Functions

Hiring Range | $64,480 - $75,000 per year. We consider factors such as, but not limited to, scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's qualifications, internal equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. |
