Let’s talk about you. Requirements for this position include:

• Proficient general computer knowledge. You will be helping to manage incoming and outgoing emails to our billing inbox, corresponding with others electronically, managing company drives/folders, connecting remotely to several weekly meetings while navigating documents.

• Proficient experience with Microsoft and Google. Bonus points awarded  for any experience with BambooHR or Quickbooks!

• Excellent communication skills. You’ll be serving as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and anyone visiting our Pocatello Headquarters.

• Ability to coordinate travel for several employees. You will be our in house travel agent for all of our employees who travel on site for project work.

• Teamwork mentality and ability to coordinate/consult with coworkers. Our admin roles uniquely work with every single person in our company to meet objectives and adhere to procedures/policies.

• Adaptable self starter who is eager to learn. As a growing business, this role has the potential to shift and change as your skill set increases. 

• Experience as an office assistant, receptionist, administrative assistant or financial technician. You’ll be working with our account manager and business manager on a variety of tasks.

Physical Requirements for this position include:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
