As a Project Manager in Hillsborough, you’ll oversee significant civil site design projects across residential, commercial, and educational sectors. Your expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and knowledge of local regulations will ensure the success of diverse development initiatives.

Requirements:

• PA P.E. Preferred, E.I.T. Required
• 5 – 15 years of relevant experience
• Must have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Land Development and Site Design experience
• Stormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility Design
• Regulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvals
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to manage and design multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities:

• Lead and design a broad spectrum of projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of site design from inception to final approval.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and municipalities.
• Attend and contribute to client and municipal meetings.
• Stay updated with state and local design standards and ensure compliance.
