Archbishop Molloy High School, a high-achieving Catholic Marist institution, is seeking a highly qualified candidate for a full-time Computer Science and Engineering teaching position beginning in the 2024-25 school year. Our Computer Science & Engineering Department has been honored with the Computer Science Female Diversity Award by the College Board and has established partnerships with industry leaders such as Amazon, LIU Post's AI Initiative, and MIT. We offer a diverse range of courses including AP Computer Science A, AP Computer Science Principles, Quantum Computing, Advanced Computer Graphics, Robotics, Introduction to Python, and Artificial Intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven success in teaching and developing Computer Science and Engineering curricula, initiatives, and/or courses in a secondary school or collegiate setting.
- Passion for nurturing the next generation of leaders in Computer Science, AI, and systems thinking and design.
- Desire to contribute to and potentially lead a department committed to innovation and development.
- Student-centered teaching approach, employing instructional strategies that empower students to identify and solve problems independently.
- Passion for guiding extracurricular activities centered around STEM, Computer Science, and VEX robotics competitions.
