Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using the ER system
- Verify and update patient information in the system
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Experience:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes is a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software for scheduling and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
