- Eagerness for in office training to develop excellent communication and phone skills necessary for growing high paced dental practice.
- Verify and enter patient insurance benefits, process credit cards, cash, check, and insurance payments.
-Manage and assist in hygiene department scheduling.
-Utilize dental software for patient information and well versed in computer skills ranging from using adobe photo, excel, word, powerpoint, digital photography.
-develop knowledge to assist and explain dental treatments and corresponding fees.
-Explain and answer questions regarding insurance benefits
-Manage hygiene recall and inactive patient systems
-Print and use practice management reports.
