    The Veterinary Technician works in tandem with our veterinarians and anesthesiologist to provide anesthesia and analgesia services, dental radiographs, cleanings, and dental charting to our patients.     In addition to traditional Veterinary Technician duties, you will participate in:

    • Advanced history taking
    • Advanced imaging
    • Conducting physical examinations and patient assessments
    • Rounding with the doctor on cases using learned dentistry knowledge
    • Providing consistently compassionate care for our hospitalized patients

    Requirements:

    • Licensure in New York State (LVT/RVT)
    • 2 years' experience as a Veterinary Technician
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and an ability to clearly communicate with clients as well as team members
    • The ability to adapt while maintaining a positive attitude
    • Highly evolved organizational skills with an acute attention to detail
    • The ability to work independently, responsibly, and ethically
    • A resourceful nature and creative problem-solving skills
    • An openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
    • A commitment to the welfare of animals
