POSITION OVERVIEW:

Benton Stearns Education District 6383 is seeking qualified applicants for a full time (1.0) supervisor position. This position will be assigned to the Sauk Rapids-Rice School District.

The Special Education Supervisor will be a member of the BSED Leadership team and will report to the Executive Director. Additional duties may be assigned outside of the primary assignment including program monitoring, staff development, and member district support in areas of expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working in a leadership position in special education is preferred.

License Requirements: Director of Special Education preferred.

Licensed in an area of special education instruction or related field required (School Psychologist, SLP, Social Worker)

ABOUT US:

At Benton Stearns, we provide specialized services and support to our six member districts including Foley, Holdingford, Kimball, Rocori, Sartell-St. Stephen, and Sauk Rapids-Rice. BSED supports our member districts with 2 Setting IV facilities and provides educational services at the Grafton Residential Facility located in Cold Spring, MN.
