Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI Opportunity The associate must be able to demonstrate applied electrical-electronic theory in the examination and use of components, controls, their interface wiring, connections and their operation. The associate will be responsible for developing or assisting in the development and implementation of small engine electrical engineering products and support systems or electrified systems, through design, testing and related product support. Work will include conceiving, planning and implementation of the product or system, with special focus on validation and verification of supplier products used in engine or hybrid electrical systems. The associate may need to train technicians for related work in those areas. The associate will also support engineering investigations and product development which could involve interpreting electrical schematics, performing tests, and providing appropriate technical reports. The associate must be able to present findings to various audiences and have appropriate speaking and presentation skills. The associate must be able to develop standards and make product improvement recommendations. The associate must be able to combine various technologies go anticipate customer needs.
