Duties:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, or a related field
- Certification in TESOL or ESL teaching preferred
- Experience working with adult learners in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of literacy education principles and best practices for teaching English as a second language
- Proficiency in lesson planning and instructional design
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technology tools
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
