English Roofing is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, self starter for an administrative assistant position. This position will be responsible for: Greeting customers, answering phones, taking messages, directing calls to proper party, computer data entry, scheduling appointments, managing company calendar, document creation and other duties as assigned.

Must be very comfortable sitting, speaking on phones daily, entering data, have knowledge of Microsoft Office to include, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Greet walk-in customers

Input data into CMS for new customers

Schedule appointments for sales team

Management of Network databases

Contact prospective customers

Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of Adobe products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
