Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. What We Are Looking For
An Assistant Professor of Nursing is a faculty member who is responsible for the education of nursing students, development of the College of Nursing, and the advancement of his/her professional development.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing from an NLN-CNEA, ACEN, or CCNE-accredited institution
- Demonstrated current clinical experience in area of specialty
- Teaching experience at the postsecondary level preferred
- Holds current, active RN license in Nevada
