As a Regional Industrial Maintenance Manager (also known as Maintenance Director, Industrial Maintenance Supervisor), your key responsibilities will include developing training for maintenance managers and mechanics, facilitating corporate maintenance meetings, overseeing utility tracking, and managing boiler maintenance programs. You will also conduct quarterly plant visits to review programs, evaluate equipment, and track local projects. Your role will also involve assisting the Engineering team with capital project management and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Minimum of ten years of Industrial Maintenance experience, including 5 years of Maintenance Management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments.
• In-depth knowledge of maintenance best practices, equipment reliability principles, and CMMS systems.
• Ability to travel up to 80% within the assigned region.
