Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our law firm as a Law Firm Administrator. As a Law Firm Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
Duties:
Participate in strategic planning with the Board to identify and accomplish short and long term organizational goals
Oversee accounting functions including billing, collections, receipts, accounts payable, payroll, tax returns, financial statements and management reports
Oversee operational and employee policies and practices
Oversee management of human resources
Oversee management of marketing activities in 4 separate markets
Oversee management of information technology system including updates, maintenance and training
Collaborate with the Board on budgeting, marketing and all operations
Manage a support staff of approximately 40 individuals, as well as 40 attorneys with offices in 4 Texas locations with limited travel required
Promote an effective and healthy work environment demonstrated by a positive professional culture, retention of excellent team members and continuous efforts to build a productive team
