Law Office in Mason City in search of full-time or part-time support staff members to join our team.

The positions will include professional and caring interaction with clients, assisting with communication both written and telephonic, document preparation, maintaining office calendar and assisting with meeting deadlines, etc. These positions offer great opportunity for growth in tasks and income.

What we provide:

• Full or Part-Time, very flexible schedule, with goal of 40 hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F. Flexible schedule.
• $12/HR-$28/HR starting rate, depending on experience.

What experience is needed?

• 3-5 years working consistently on one law office in Iowa with specific experience related to probate, real estate, family law, and litigation
• Excellent communication, grammar and legal vocabulary. In many cases, this position will involve setting up appointments and connecting with clients and witnesses, all of which requires impeccable communication.
• Organizational skills. From organizing documents within our internal system to coordinating multiple schedules and ensuring requirements of the Court are met. Resumes should outline organizational skills and experience related to same.
• Ability to accurately type 60 to 80 words per minute.
• Longevity in employment and reliability in attendance for work.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $28.00 per hour
