Asst. Professor - Law jobs in Cincinnati, OH

We are looking for a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Legal Clerk to undertake a variety of legal related tasks and support our Attorneys. You’ll perform routine court filings and provide support to our Legal Team. We’ll train you on how to handle cases and you’ll become an integral part of the Law Firm’s Team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a team of 4 attorneys
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently with a team of 4 attorneys and other staff

Duties:

• Transcribe/write/file court documents, transcripts, etc.
• Answer phone calls, take notes, and make outgoing calls to clients, etc
• File and serve legal documents (filing systems)
• Monitor case status and report to attorneys on a regular basis.
• Maintain contact lists of clients, etc
• Work closely with Attorneys on various legal matters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
