Who you are:
We are looking for an experienced paralegal to manage casework and provide administrative support to the legal team at our law firm. Communication may involve sensitive casework and emotional conversations, so proficiency in written and verbal communication is a must. Success in this role means maintaining your composure in a pinch and performing well under pressure. You should also recognize the importance of client confidentiality and discretion. At least one year of relevant experience is required; candidates with 2 years experience in the legal industry are strongly preferred.

The majority of your work will be performed in an office setting, though you will sometimes be expected to deliver paperwork to local courts or legal offices. Working hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. In general, we observe the same holidays as the local courts, so you can expect to have most federal holidays off. Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience. Paid time off will be available to all staff after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period.
