Fairbanks: Legal Office Technician – Rogers Law Group, LLC

Rogers Law Group, LLC is a boutique firm in Fairbanks, Alaska. We specialize in Family Law and Criminal Defense. The successful applicant will be expected to:

§ Draft memoranda and pleadings

§ Conduct legal research using Westlaw

§ Coordinate appointments

§ Manage legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence

§ Correspond with counsel and clients; assist with preparing clients for legal proceedings

§ Implement and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow

§ Assist with front desk traffic

§ Answer telephones as a back up to the primary

§ Assist with filing documents according to protocols on paper and in our case management program.

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising accuracy or quality

§ No criminal record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
