Small law firm seeks a motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual to work as calendar/records clerk. Mr. Schneider has been practicing law in the state of New York since 1998. Our practice includes Personal Injury, Traffic and Parking Violations and Per Diem Services. Schedule 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Data entry
· Answering phones
· General office duties
· Obtaining medical records
· Scanning /printing/copy records
· Scheduling court appearances for per diem clients
· Scheduling arbitration appearances, 50H hearings, depositions, IME’s, EUO’s for our clients and per diem clients
· Maintaining/inputting per diem calendar
· Maintaining/inputting per diem invoices
· Maintaining/inputting per diem payments
· Confirming per diem services via phone/email etc.
· Correspond with clients, medical providers and insurance carriers over the phone and through email.
· Communicating with covering attorneys
· Back up when needed for all areas in the firm
Requirements:
· You must have at least 1 year(s) prior experience as a calendar clerk
· Working knowledge and familiarization with Word, OneDrive, Excel (data entry, creating and editing formulas, formatting)
