Being an Asst. Professor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. Our firm is seeking a Paralegal Assistant to assist attorneys with cases involving domestic relations, real estate, corporate and business transactions and estate matters. The right candidate is detail-oriented, a typist, and has strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. The Paralegal Assistant will be responsible for organizing the firm's file room and managing the case load, as well as legal research and preparing legal documents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the attorneys in legal assignments.
- Answer telephone calls.
- Assist staff attorneys in their legal assignments.
- Develop a familiarity with office policies and procedures.
- Know how to use basic office equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
