We are looking for someone with a passion for law and eager to begin their career. Experience and bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. This is an entry level position, and we will provide training to the proper candidate. This is an opportunity for someone looking for their first professional job. We love to help people learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and know how to multitask and follow instruction. Computer skills are required.

Key Responsibilities include:

· Create a positive and professional first impression for all our visitors

• Keep lobby, reception and conference rooms stocked, neat and clean
• Route all mail deliveries to the correct person
• Be a key team member by supporting the attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed
• Assist the legal team by filing documents into the client files
• Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries and requests
• Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients and Intake Investigators
• Timely and accurately transfer new case info/details to our system (Needles) daily
• Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign up
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information, protected health care information, and business operations and practices.

Qualifications:

• Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

Work Hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Full-time in-office position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
