Asst. Professor - Law teaches courses in the discipline area of law. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Law provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Law typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. Busy Santa Rosa based estate planner looking for a part-time of-counsel estate planning attorney to take on significant overflow of prospective clients. This may be a good fit for an attorney who is relatively new to estate planning law or already has an established practice of their own.
Responsibilities would include intake and meetings with clients, discussing estate planning wishes, drafting estate planning documents, and implementing estate plans, as well as significant trust administration and probate possibilities.
The attorney would work remotely, at home or at their office, as needed, but conference room space is available for meetings with clients.
Some experience in estate planning is required, but training is available and would be provided as well; where you graduated from law school is not important -- are you empathetic, personable, honest, and have great attention to detail? If so, please get in touch with me.
