Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Legal Support provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Legal Support typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. Client Support Specialist duties include interacting with clients via e-mail and over the phone to help resolve issues. This position will be the subject matter expert for all services offered by the company.

Onsite M-F 8:30 - 5:30 (Eastern Time)
Client Support Specialist job functions:
- Investigate and research problems thereby ensuring proper corrective action is taken
- Quickly address client and sales partner inquires and resolve any issues
- Set-up new client accounts via the company portal
- Direct, coach, and prepare new clients to use portal features
- Perform transcript/video status checks
- Field incoming inquiries from clients around price quotes for jobs which have already been performed
- Express genuine interest and retain knowledge of the type of legal services offered

Requirements
All you need to be a Client Support Specialist is 2 years of relevant work experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior administrative/office experience a plus!
