Here in the White Cloud Area our group homes are in need of Direct Support Professionals to work with people who have disabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support individuals with cognitive, physical, and/or other impairments in a residential and/or community setting that require 24-hour care.

• Perform assigned tasks and meet everyday needs such as eating, dressing, grooming, mobility, and communication.

• Maintain records, including case notes, progress notes, and program data and complete necessary shift checklists prior to end of shift.

• Effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, persons served, and others within the home and community.

• Medication administration.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience

• High School Diploma or Proof of Equivalency

• Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements

• Experience preferred, but not necessary

Requirements

• Valid Michigan’s Driver’s Licensing & proof of clean driving record check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
