We are seeking a Admin Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to our Attorneys, Paralegals, Directors and most importantly, our Clients. Our firm focuses on Estate Planning and Elder Law. We work with some of the best clients ever! This position requires excellent people skills, self-discipline, and teamwork. We have a fun environment but we love to work hard.

Position Responsibilities:

Inputting Data

• Scheduling Appointments and Confirming them
• Ensuring the integrity of our Management Systems
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
• Prepping for all Client meetings
• Following up with clients regarding transfer of assets
• Drafting pleadings for Probate and Trust Administration
• Record and store client information
• Answering Phones and collecting client information
• Handling/processing payments
• We're a small and lean team, wearing multiple hats is a must.

Position Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist or office work
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Self initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Proficient and quick with computer programs
• Must have your own means of transportation
• Be willing to work from our Farmington office

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
