Role: Junior Associate- Legal 
location: Bangalore 

• Support the Legal Team with:
  1. maintaining and updating the contract lifecycle management software.
  2. legal research and analysis.
  3. various legal projects to ensure the company’s compliance with the latest international laws.
• Reviewing company policies, guidelines, and initiatives from a legal perspective.
• Assisting with signing of documents and follow up for execution of documents.
• Coordinate with other departments for approvals and policy compliance.
• Participate in drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial documents such as statements of works, change orders, order forms, amendments, NDAs etcetera.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• LLB graduate from a reputed college.
• 0–1-year experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent and professional command of the English language in a written and verbal capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills, operate with a high degree of accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities while respecting tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to establish professional working relationships with colleagues.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
• Well-versed in MS Office products.
