Professor - Liberal Arts provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field.     An instructor at a Premier Martial Arts location is someone who is passionate about changing lives through day-to-day martial arts instruction. An outgoing and leadership-driven personality is a must. A person who can not only teach but more importantly inspire others to be the best version of themselves is required. A PMA instructor utilizes the tools given to them to impact as many people as possible, is always a student, and never lets their ego get the best of them. A learning attitude is key to the success of this position.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Assisting in providing A Quality of Class Instruction for Ages Pre-K to Teens
    • Customer Relations with the Students and Parents 
    • Assist in Supporting Studio Events- Birthday Parties, Parent’s Night Out
    • Assist in Marketing Events
    • Membership Sales
    What is the Premier Martial Arts Curriculum?
    • Premier Martial Arts is a blended system, not a specific style.
    • Prior experience in the following arts aids in the easy adoption of the PMA curriculum:
      • Karate
      • Sport Karate
      • Tae-Kwon-Do
    Must-Have Qualifications:
    • Prior Martial Arts Experience
    • Organized-Self Starter 
    • Service First Mentality 
    Bonus Qualifications:
    • Received Black Belt in a Family Oriented Martial Arts Program
    • Prior Teaching Experience
    • Prior Sales Experience
    • Prior Youth Coaching or Leadership
