Asst. Professor - Liberal Arts teaches courses in the discipline area of liberal arts. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Asst. Professor - Liberal Arts provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Asst. Professor - Liberal Arts typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to research In a specialized field. If you have experience in the following martial arts styles, please keep reading below, because this job will be perfect for you: Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kick Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Kuk Sool Won, Kempo, Tang Soo Do, MMA, Dance Experience or any similar style! (No experience required.)
Our martial arts school offers fun and exciting classes to children ages 3 -12, teens, and adults! All new instructors will have the opportunity to get paid to train and learn our system!
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be drug and tobacco free
- Must be coachable and willing to learn our system
- Must be enthusiastic and energetic
- Must have an advanced rank or black belt in at least one style listed above
- Teaching experience is a plus
Compensation:
- $20-$30 per hour based on experience!
- Opportunity for commission!

Schedule:
- Monday 3pm-8pm
- Tuesday 3pm-8pm
- Wednesday 3pm-8pm
- Thursday 3pm-8pm
- Friday 12pm-7pm
- Saturday Special Events
