ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS : Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm.
Must be available to work additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Administers all aspects of grant management for the Auto Theft Task Force and ensures compliance. Writes the annual grant which includes development of the budget and process goals.
Daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to ensure compliance with process, documentation and report writing as required by the grant.
Grant liaison to ABTPA, City departments, and area law enforcement agencies working within the ABTPA grant. Recording and maintenance of staff overtime payroll, inventory and purchasing all budgeted direct operating expenses awarded in grant through p-card and PO purchasing procedures.
Coordinate and process travel arrangements for ATTF personnel. Coordinate and facilitate yearly auto theft intelligence training for area law enforcement.
Develop, coordinate and deliver a full scale public awareness campaign regarding auto crimes. Attend community events and assemble promotional booth.
Deliver public addresses, speeches, presentations, and attend after hours public meetings. Position is self-sufficient and extremely proactive.
Qualifications
Position requires an Associate's Degree and two (2) years of work related experience. A valid driver's license is required.
Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
