Qualifications / Basic Job Requirements :
As a working supervisor, directly supervise medical assistants on various shifts of the Residential and Health Center Units.
Act as point person for questions and problem solving of client health needs and work as a part of the leadership team to provide continuity of services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.
The team leader will also complete documentation within specified time frames, provide training, quality assurance, staff supervision, administration, and attend required meetings.
Participate as a team member in the delivery and support of health services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.
