MBI/Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC is looking for a Recruiterto join our corporate team! This is a full-time, benefit eligible position that will be regularly scheduled to work M-F from 8a-5p. Starting pay range for this role is $25 - $30.00/hr., DOE. $1500 Hiring Bonus!
MBI/Workwell Occupational Medicine, LLC is a specialized medical provider that treats work-related injuries and provides occupational health services for employees of our business clients. We have eight (8) welcoming, comfortable walk-in clinics in Northern Colorado, the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs with medical providers who are ready to treat your employees with an on-the-job injury or illness.
Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Recruiter administers the Applicant Tracking System and ensures hiring managers in all departments are trained in its use. This role also manages job postings, develops & manages workflows for new positions and advises hiring managers how to best leverage their hiring teams. Also responsible for finding talent pools, building pipelines, developing job posts from job descriptions, conducting various screenings and works to continually improve recruiting/hiring systems and processes. The role currently serves the operating markets of Arizona and Colorado.
Essential Job Duties and Tasks

Partner with Hiring Managers to create and review job requisitions, defining and validating key position requirements (i.e., education, experience, technical competencies, travel and/or relocation requirements).

Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates.

Actively engages in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to the clinical positions of Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, etc., to develop a talent pipeline of students and alumni.

Source, Recruit, and Pre-screen candidates for a variety of skill sets and multiple positions to include contract, contract to perm and permanent placement opportunities.

Assess candidates to determine whether their capabilities match job requirements.

Determine job offer details, prepare, and extend new hire offers.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration.

Accurately document and track candidates in the applicant tracking system.

Develop and provide weekly and monthly recruiting reports to Director of Human Resources

Monitor/audit job requisition and candidate files and track applicant flow.

Establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, peers, and candidates.

Actively participates and contributes to process improvement strategies and projects within departmental recruiting teams as well as the Human Resources Team.

May be required to participate or perform HR duties and functions, as needs arise. I.E. Participate in disciplinary meetings, train employees, build or modify job descriptions, etc.

Required Experience:
Education, Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and/or experience.

In lieu of an undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Customarily has at least two or more years of experience in clinical recruiting. Preferably, experience with Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, or other in demand clinical roles strongly preferred.

Actively engages in educational partnerships and/or professional organizations related to the clinical positions of Radiology, Therapy, Nursing, etc., to develop a talent pipeline of students and alumni.

Experience working for a multi-specialty practice, hospital setting or Locum Tenens/placement firm recruiting, preferred

The position requires an employee to travel to carry out the business of the company, as such access to and/or reliable transportation is required. The employee will adhere to the company’s Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and may be reimbursed (e.g., mileage) in accordance with company policies.

General Human Resources knowledge and understanding of common recruiting metric
Physical Requirements
Requires repetitive hand movements, standing, walking, occasional squatting, and frequent sitting. Requires visual acuity to read information from computer screens and printed materials. Must be able to lift 20 Lbs., pushing and pulling on occasion, sit for long periods of time. Must be able to travel for training/ meetings and/or other company offices.
