CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant): SNF

Pay Range: $22.22-$27.22/hour (Keep your years of service and get paid accordingly)

Shifts:

• Day, evening, NOC
• Full-time, Part-time and PRN shifts available

Location: Coast Fork Nursing Center (Cottage Grove, OR)

Medical Benefits:

• Employee Only: $35/month
• Employee & Spouse: $75/month
• Employee & Family: $105/month

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Provide residents with direct nursing care and assistance with daily activities under the direction of a Licensed Nurse and as directed in resident care plan.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must hold current Certification in the specific state in which you wish to practice.
