We are seeking a certified personal trainer with a college degree or advanced training in Exercise Science or a related field who is committed to a holistic, full-body approach to fitness.Key Responsibilities:- Holistic Training: Develop and implement personalized fitness programs that address not only strength training but also flexibility, balance, and overall well-being, taking into account the holistic health of each client.
- Injury Rehabilitation: Utilize advanced training in injury rehabilitation to work with clients recovering from medical injuries. Adapt exercise routines to meet individual needs and limitations while ensuring safety and progress.
- Full-Body Focus: Emphasize full-body training, hormonal cycles, goals, stress, past experiences etc. to promote strength and mobility according to their goals.
- Client-Centered Approach: Build strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their goals and concerns. Tailor fitness plans to align with each client's unique aspirations and medical histories. Encourage clients through coaching strategies to address barriers and help them achieve their goals.
- Continuous Learning: A lifelong learner, curious about constantly changing and evolving
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized certification.
- Advanced experience in injury rehabilitation.
- Strong commitment to holistic fitness and wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
