Full time Household Manager/Housekeeper needed for a couple with a 6500 Sq ft property. Looking for someone who is flexible and can be an extra set of hands for the family to help run the home smoothly, run errands, meet vendors and oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the home. Ideal candidate has experience running a household, and is respectful and understands boundaries. Must be pet friendly, there are dogs at the home

• Pay: $20-$25 per hour
• Start date: ASAP
• Hours: Monday - Friday 10am-5pm
• Guaranteed 32 hours per week

Duties and responsibilities:

• Laundry
• Daily cooking and meal prep
• Light and deep cleaning of the residence
• Ensure residence has consistent housekeeping standards
• Learn to understand and anticipate the household’s preferences
• Clean, tidy, and detail all spaces in the residence
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Change and wash bed linens & make beds
• Shopping and grocery pick up
• Drop off/pick up dry cleaning
• Errands
• Laundry
• Home organizing
• Involvement in event planning and preparation for church and family gatherings
• Prepare for guest visits
• Packing/unpacking when required
• Assist with holiday decor set up and break down

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and vehicle
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Show proof of your legal right to work in the United States
• Be able to pass a standard background check
• Provide professional references
