JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide administrative support for project manager / manager / director.
- Attending meeting to record minutes and notes.
- Schedule and track travel of management.
- Assist in processing of department billings, weekly time cards and invoice tracking.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
